Where is our Waterton Shop located?
Right as you come to the townsite you run into a 2 way stop you can turn right or go straight, go straight and we are the first building on the left. 102 Mt View road (Behind Crandell Mountain Lodge, it's on the corner, we are behind on Evergreen Avenue)
Why can't I book online for the same day, are you all booked up?
Not necessarily. On the same day, we only allow first come first serve. No online booking option. You can only book online until 12 midnight the day prior to the booking day.
Are life jackets included in the price?
Yes, every rental comes with a life jacket, your safety shouldn't cost extra!
Do your E-bikes come with helmets?
Yes, there is no extra charge to rock our fashionable helmets, they are included.
Pet friendly?
Of course, you can bring your pet aboard. You are responsible for their life jackets and any accidents.
Where can we go with our ebikes?
If you just want to cruise around town and out to the gate and back on a bike path, that would be a about an hour.
Two popular rides are from the townsite up to cameron Lake and the other is from the townsite to red rock canyon.
Either of these are about a 2 hour experience with a buffer of 10-15 mins.
If you want to enjoy Red Rock or Cameron for an hour we do have a 3 hour rental option as well.
How many can you fit on a canoe?
Normally you can fit 2 people per canoe, but if you have a third person you will be limited to the bay area do to weight restrictions. You can fit up to 2 small children in a canoe as well, but also limited to the bay area...dependent upon weight. Anyone 12 or older is considered an adult.
Can I take a canoe or Kayak for a full day to Crypt Lake trail head?
Yes, but it depends on weather and wind. (Above 30km winds) Our policy is to book online to make sure you get a rental and then call the day before to make sure the weather is accommodating to cross the lake. We will then tell you that you are good to go, or we can rebook or refund you. The earliest you can book is 10am, but when you call the day before, you can request an earlier departure. (Earliest is 7am)

Adult board - 250lbs
XL board - 285lbs
Single Kayak 240lbs
Tandem Kayak 500 lbs
Party board - Not sure, about 10-12 adults or 30 kids.
How do we get our Canoe or kayak to the bay?
We are fairly close to the water so walking them down is one option, but if you need we have carts that can be used for all canoes and kayaks to roll them to the bay.
Online Cancellation Policy
Full refund prior to 24hrs before booking. Customers will receive a 50% refund or 50% credit for another day within 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price. All communication must be emailed, to give us a time stamp.
